JHR purchased this 200,625-square-foot industrial facility in December of 2011 for $6,500,000. In November of 2014, the property was sold for $10,500,000.
After acquiring the property, JHR initiated significant improvements to accommodate the needs of tenants AdvancePierre Foods and Paradigm Windows. The latter consolidated other local operations to this address and established 56 Milliken as its new manufacturing headquarters.
