JHR’s diligent development process provided a significant return on equity during the one-year development cycle of this adaptive re-use of an obsolete military property. A local organic and free-trade coffee roasting company relocated to this building to facilitate the expansion of their growing business. The building was sold upon completion of all tenant improvements and commencement of operations. JHR’s pairing of the right building, tenant, and process proved to be beneficial to all.
